Alternate operator Cboe International Markets has amended 5 spot Bitcoin (BTC) Alternate-Traded Fund (ETF) purposes to include a surveillance-sharing settlement (SSA) with Coinbase.

On July 11, Cboe amended filings with the US Securities and Alternate Fee (SEC) for the ETFs from Invesco, VanEck, WisdomTree, Fidelity and the joint fund by ARK Invest and 21Shares.

Cboe mentioned it had “reached an settlement on phrases with Coinbase” to enter into the SSA’s which have been settled on June 21. The preliminary filings for the ETFs said the events have been “anticipating to enter” an SSA prior to doubtlessly providing the ETFs.
