On September 12, 2025, the board of administrators (Board) of Universal Electronics Inc. (Firm) unanimously appointed Sui Man Ho (a.ok.a. Raymond Ho) as Interim Chief Financial Officer, principal monetary officer and principal accounting officer of the Firm, efficient instantly. Raymond Ho, age 53, has served as the Firm’s Senior Vice President, Finance since Could 2025. Mr. Ho joined the Firm in April 2011 as Chief Financial Officer ?
Asia; in Could 2018, he was promoted to Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer ? Asia, and in September 2022, he was promoted to Senior Vice President, Finance ? World Operations.
Previous to becoming a member of the Firm, from June 2008 till March 2011, Mr. Ho was the Chief Financial Officer at Yau Lee Holdings Restricted. Previous to that, Mr. Ho held numerous roles at American Normal Firms, a conglomerate manufacturing heating, air flow and air con techniques, plumbing fixtures and automotive components, together with as Regional Senior Audit Supervisor from November 2002 till December 2004, as Regional Audit Director from January 2005 till December 2005, and as Regional Financial Controller at Trane from January 2006 till Could 2008. Earlier than becoming a member of American Normal Firms, Mr. Ho was a Workers Accountant at Arthur Andersen & Co., an accounting agency, from September 1994 till June 2002, and a Senior Supervisor at PricewaterhouseCoopers, an accounting agency, from July 2002 till November 2002.
Mr. Ho is a Licensed Public Accountant in Hong Kong, a fellow member of the Chartered Affiliation of Licensed Accountants, and an affiliate member of the Chartered Institute of Administration Accountants. Mr. Ho holds a Bachelor of Enterprise Administration, with a serious in Accountancy and minor in Pc Science, and a Grasp of Enterprise Administration from the Chinese language College of Hong Kong underneath the Government Grasp of Enterprise Administration programme.
