U.S. Treasury bill funds have emerged as the dominant force in this sector, accounting for $16.25 billion of the market cap, driven by their reputation as safe investments.
Circle leads the issuance of T-bill funds with nearly $3 billion, followed by Securitize’s $2.5 billion. Other significant contributors include Centrifuge, Franklin Templeton, and Ondo Finance. The overall RWA market cap, including various asset classes like precious metals and tokenized stocks, reflects a growing trend towards digital asset adoption, with stablecoin issuers playing a pivotal role in bridging traditional finance and crypto markets.
