A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ondo State, Dr Akinola Awodeyi-Akinsehinwa, has expressed grief over the passing of Oloye Olasinmi Simisola Akindele-Odunmbaku, the previous Commissioner for Ladies Affairs in Ondo State.
In a condolence assertion yesterday, Dr. Awodeyi-Akinsehinwa described the demise of the late Oloye as “surprising and deeply painful,” noting that her sudden departure has left a major void within the state’s political and social panorama.
“The late Oloye Simisola Akindele-Odunmbaku was a trailblazing administrator and passionate advocate for girls’s empowerment”
“She served with dedication throughout her tenure as Commissioner, championing initiatives geared toward enhancing the welfare of ladies, selling gender equality, and fostering neighborhood growth throughout Ondo State”
Her contributions to public service and her dedication to uplifting the much less privileged earned her widespread respect and admiration.
Awodeyi-Akinsehinwa prolonged his heartfelt condolences to her widower , Cardinal James Omolaja Odunmbaku (popularly often called Baba Eto), her youngsters, the whole Odunmbaku household, pals, political associates, and all who have been touched by her lifetime of service.
