The Okitipupa Native Authorities Space (LGA) in Ondo State has empowered no fewer than 300 aged residents with N100,000 money every, totalling N30 million, as a part of its social intervention programme.
Andrew Ogunsakin, chairman, Okitipupa LGA, on the empowerment on Friday in Okitipupa, reaffirmed his administration’s dedication to the welfare of the folks by persevering with the council’s social intervention programme.
Mr Ogunsakin mentioned the programme was a continuation of the intervention first launched in December 2025.
In line with him, 300 beneficiaries drawn from the 13 wards of Okitipupa LGA acquired money grants of ₦100,000 every.
