Tom Spurgeon has been appointed International Head of Cyber Reinsurance at Liberty Mutual Reinsurance (LM Re), a subsidiary of the U.S.-based Liberty Mutual Insurance coverage Group. He succeeds Ivonne Staisch within the position.
