The proposal requires the attacker to return 90% of the stolen NIGHT tokens by 8:00 PM Beijing Time on August 6, retaining 10% as a white-hat bounty. If returned on time, Wanchain will acknowledge the motion as white-hat conduct and chorus from submitting a civil lawsuit.
