The U.S. Securities and Alternate Fee (SEC) has formally confirmed the receipt of Grayscale’s 19b-4 type (overview request) for his or her XRP spot ETF.
On the 14th (native time), Bloomberg ETF analyst James Seyffart introduced via his X (previously Twitter) account that “The SEC has simply confirmed receipt of the 19b-4 submitting for itemizing a Grayscale XRP spot ETF.”
Moreover, Fox Enterprise reporter Eleanor Terrett had beforehand reported that “the SEC confirmed receipt of the 19b-4 submitting for Grayscale’s Dogecoin spot ETF.”
