Nice Portland Estates (GPE) has appointed a new chief monetary officer, with Jayne Cottam becoming a member of the London-centric industrial property agency’s board from 16 March.

She succeeds Nick Sanderson who’s stepping down as GPE’s chief monetary & working officer to take up the place of chief monetary officer at British actual property providers firm Savills from 30 January.
Cottam “brings important monetary management and operational expertise” inventory market-listed GPE mentioned on saying her appointment to the London Inventory Trade Monday (19 January).
Most lately, she served as CFO of healthcare property firm Assura from September 2017 to December 2025.
GPE chair William Eccleshare mentioned: “Jayne brings a wealth of expertise, data and expertise which will likely be invaluable to the board and administration crew as we progress our development agenda.” And CEO Toby Courtauld added: “Jayne brings a wonderful mix of monetary, operational and management qualities with the best values for GPE’s tradition.”
